Unsatisfied with the product? We have a 30-day, no questions asked return/refund policy.

  1.    Please fill out the form below. All exchanges must be for the same or lesser value. All requests will be answered within 1-2 business days.
  2.    A prepaid shipping label will be emailed for returns. Buyer will incur returned shipping charges if Lemon Poppy Inc is not responsible for issue at hand, i.e. incorrect address entered, wrong items ordered by buyer, etc.
  3.    Once return shipment is received, at the buyer's request, we will issue replacements, exchanges, refunds or store credit. Please note: any items returned that have marked, stained or show usability cannot be replaced, refunded or receive store credit. All orders placed over 30 days will only be eligible for store credit.

Received the wrong shipment?

We have a less than 1% error rate. If this does happen, please fill out the form below and we will send your correct items. We will email a prepaid shipping label, within 1-2 business days, to return the incorrect items. Items not returned will be charged to the customer.
